Islamabad, March 21, 2023 (PPI-OT): The twenty-ninth meeting of the special committee of the National Assembly for affected employees was held under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Qadir Khan Mandukhel.
Ministry of finance
The officers of the Agricultural Development Bank, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance, told the committee that following the orders of the committee, we have merged 3331 employees of KSSL Company in the Agricultural Development Bank. Appreciating the Pradent Agricultural Development Bank for getting the approval from the board of directors meeting and saying that such steps are needed, the committee ordered the support of the Ministry of Finance, Establishment Division and Ministry of Law.
National Bank of Pakistan
The officers told the committee that 558 of the employees who came from other institutions have solved the problem of the employees. UNITED BANK LIMITED
The employees named Salim-ul-Zaman and Muhammad Irfan told the committee that in 1997, 5416 of us were forcibly dismissed and the full arrears were not given, the medical is also closed. The employees who were directly involved in the auto loan case are all working and I have been fired, although the court has also ruled in my favour, the bank is still making profits from these cases and the bank has not paid any money.
The FIR was not filed and no inquiry was conducted, the committee issued a show cause notice on the non-attendance of the officers and summoned them with the implementation report at 2 pm tomorrow, ordered to clear the arrears of 5416 employees within a week, medical facility immediately. The order to give pension and all other benefits including pension and report to the committee within 15 days.
SME Bank
While issuing orders to the Ministry of Finance on the issue of SME Bank, the committee said that a detailed briefing should be given in the next meeting on why the SME Bank is being abolished, and especially what will be the future of the employees.
Ministry of Housing and Works

National savings
The officers of National Savings Bank could not give the committee briefing and the committee issued a show cause notice to the director general and asked for the details of 431 employees and asked for a report within three days.
National Food Security
Issued a show cause notice to the secretary on non-attendance and approval of the privilege motion.
