Karachi, TPL Corp Limited has introduced two debt securities in the privately placed debt securities market. The first, a 5-year Sukuk with the symbol TPLSC, has a face value of Rs. 100,000 and a total issue size of Rs. 2,190,000,000. The next coupon date for this Sukuk is set for 23rd December 2023. The second issuance is a 5-year TFC (Traded Finance Certificate), symbol TPLTFC3, with a face value of Rs. 100,000 and a total issue size of Rs. 2,265,000,000. Investors can expect the next coupon date on 28th December 2023.
