TPL Corp Limited Secures Funds with Sukuk and TFC Issues

Karachi, TPL Corp Limited has entered the debt securities market with two new instruments, a Sukuk and a TFC, both with a tenure of 5 years. The Sukuk, “TPLSC,” has a total issue size of Rs. 2.19 billion, with the same amount outstanding and a next coupon date of December 23, 2023. Simultaneously, the TFC named “TPLTFC3” also totals Rs. 2.265 billion and shares the same outstanding amount and a slightly later coupon date of December 28, 2023. Both securities have a market lot of 1 and a face value of Rs. 100,000 each.
