The primary agenda of the meeting will revolve around evaluating the budgetary impact on the company’s business and the potential declaration of entitlement, if deemed appropriate.

In accordance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations, TPL Properties Limited has officially declared a closed period from June 9, 2023, to June 14, 2023. During this period, the company’s directors, CEO, and executives are prohibited from engaging in any transactions, directly or indirectly, involving the shares of the company.
