Trump Praises Pakistan’s Leadership for Role in Middle East Diplomacy

Washington: US President Donald Trump has once again praised Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for their constructive role in facilitating diplomatic efforts in the Middle East.

According to Radio Pakistan, Trump, speaking to reporters outside the White House, expressed his ‘great respect for Pakistan.’ He highlighted the significant contributions made by the Pakistani leadership in navigating the complex diplomatic landscape of the Middle East.

Trump also mentioned that negotiations with Iran are ongoing, although they are being conducted via telephone. The diplomatic efforts spearheaded by Pakistan, as acknowledged by Trump, signal a continued commitment to fostering peace and stability in the region.
