UK Reiterates Commitment to Enhance Trade with Pakistan

Islamabad: The United Kingdom has reaffirmed its commitment to collaborate with Pakistan in promoting trade and investment opportunities. This intention was expressed by Jo Moir, the Development Director of the British High Commission, during a meeting with Pakistan’s Minister for Petroleum, Ali Pervaiz Malik, in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Jo Moir commended the successful organization of the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum, highlighting it as a significant initiative towards leveraging the country’s mineral resources. She also praised the recent economic reforms undertaken by Pakistan, describing them as impressive.

During the meeting, Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik expressed gratitude for the United Kingdom’s support in reforming Pakistan’s petroleum sector, underscoring the importance of continued collaboration between the two nations.
