UNSG Announces Formation of Special Task Force to Address Maritime Trade Issues

New york: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has announced the formation of a special task force aimed at tackling maritime trade issues resulting from the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

According to Radio Pakistan, UN Spokesperson St©phane Dujarric emphasized during a news conference that the closure of the Strait of Hormuz could lead to significant repercussions for humanitarian needs and agricultural production on a global scale.
