Karachi, December 04, 2012 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that dividend warrants in respect of Cash Dividend @ Rs.5.00 per share (i.e. 50%) for the year ended June 30, 2012 have been dispatched by registered post on November 30, 2012 to all the entitled shareholders. who submitted their CNIC copy as per SECP notification SRO-831 (1)2012 dated July 05, 2012, at their latest addresses registered with the company and in case of mandate, to their respective banks.
Dividend warrants to those shareholders who have not yet submitted copy of their CNIC have been dispatched, today after receipt of relaxation of condition of aforesaid SRO from SECP vide their Letter No.EMD/233/515/02-1679 dated November 30, 2012.
