Coordinator to the Prime Minister on National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Dr. Malik Mukhtar Ahmed has said that welfare of the masses is the top priority of the government.
He was speaking at a meeting with the Deputy Representative of the United Nations Population Fund, Ms. Latika Maskey Pradhan in Islamabad.
The meeting underscored the crucial issues related to family planning, child and maternal nutrition, and the challenges posed by population explosion.
On the occasion, Deputy Representative, UNFPA reiterated to extend all its support and cooperation to the government.
