Women Economic Reforms Committee of FPCCI meets

Karachi, July 19, 2018 (PPI-OT):A meeting was held with Women Economic Reforms Committee of FPCCI with Director General, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, Lahore (Central) Mian Riaz Ahmad at TDAP Office Lahore today. The Women Economic Reform Committee Chairperson Ms. Masooma Sibtain praised the active role of TDAP in Women Economic empowerment through various delegations, seminars, workshops and exhibitions. Ms. Shazia Waseem, former President WCCI in another meeting requested TDAP to continue the support to women entrepreneurs and women chambers.

Mr. Riaz Ahmad, DG TDAP assured them that TDAP will continue its endeavours for export enhancement of Pakistani products as envisaged by Ministry of Commerce under the umbrella of Emerging Pakistan. The FPCCI team promised to exchange data and information regarding their women members and production with TDAP soon.

Mian Riaz Ahmad, DG TDAP Lahore further said that under Emerging Pakistan initiative as envisaged by Mr. Younus Dagha, Secretary Commerce is a way forward in focusing and projecting the products of the country abroad which will subsequently help in enhancing the trade volume of the country. The office bearers of chamber were grateful to TDAP for support of industry. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks.
