Working Underway to Set Up Largest EV Charging Network

Karachi: Hub Power Holdings, in collaboration with the Special Investment Facilitation Council, is spearheading efforts to establish the largest electric vehicle (EV) charging network in the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, a significant step in this direction has been taken with the signing of a contract between Hubco Green, a subsidiary of Hub Power Holdings, and Pakistan State Oil (PSO). This agreement aims to facilitate the installation of EV charging infrastructure nationwide.

In line with these efforts, Hubco Green has inaugurated its first EV charging station in Karachi. This development is expected to significantly boost the adoption of electric vehicles by providing essential charging facilities for EV owners.

The establishment of Hubco Green’s charging stations is anticipated to further promote the trend of electric vehicles, aligning with the country’s goals to enhance sustainable transportation options.
