Islamabad: Today marks the observance of World Patient Safety Day, an initiative calling for global collaboration to enhance patient safety standards worldwide.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this year’s theme, ‘Improving diagnosis for patient safety’ under the slogan ‘Get it right, make it safe!’, emphasizes the importance of accurate diagnostics in medical treatment and the collective efforts required to mitigate risks associated with misdiagnosis and medical errors.
