12 Killed in KP Rain-Related Incidents

Islamabad: In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, twelve people have been killed and eighteen others injured in rain-related incidents across different parts of the province during the last twenty-four hours.

According to Radio Pakistan, eighteen houses have also been damaged, including fifteen partially and three completely. The affected districts include Peshawar, Nowshera, Khyber, Mardan, Buner, Bajaur, Lower Chitral, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Torghar, Kurram, and North Waziristan.

Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives. In a statement in Peshawar, he expressed sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of the injured.
