Iran’s Interior Minister Visits Pakistan Monument in Islamabad

Islamabad: Iran’s Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni visited the Pakistan Monument in Islamabad today. He was accompanied by Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry. A smartly turned-out contingent of the Federal Constabulary presented a guard of honour to the visiting dignitary.

According to Radio Pakistan, Eskandar Momeni laid a floral wreath at the Martyrs’ Monument and offered Fateha for the departed souls. He paid rich tribute to the martyrs for their supreme sacrifices. The Iranian Interior Minister also viewed the city of Islamabad and the Margalla Hills from Shakarparian.
