Karachi: United Brands Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on October 26, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve minutes of last meeting of the Board of Directors’ held on October 08, 2015, to consider and approve un-audited quarterly accounts for period ended September 30, 2015 along with a brief review report of Directors’ thereon and to transact any other business that may be brought forward with the permission of the Chair.
