Lahore: The 4TH Pakistan Oil and Gas Forum 2012 organized annually by Shamrock Conferences International will be held on May 12 at the Serena Hotel Islamabad. The theme of this year’s premier oil and gas meeting is “Energy to Drive Pakistan and Resources to Fuel Growth”.
The Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources, Dr. Asim Hussain has been invited to inaugurate the conference which comes at a crucial juncture in the quest for addressing the country’s energy challenges and the pipelines dilemma. The Secretary Petroleum, Mr. M. Ejaz Choudhry, is expected to deliver the Keynote Address and highlight the salient features of the new Petroleum Policy 2012.
The annual event held in Islamabad attracts a cross-section of senior officials from the government and regulatory bodies, key decision makers from the petroleum and natural resources industry, top management cadres of E and P companies, refineries and off-shore companies, professionals and experts in the sector, investor-groups, opinion formers and writers/observers in the oil and gas industry.
