Sindh CM directs for strengthening social protection system in province

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has directed for strengthening of social protection system in the province.

Chairing a meeting of Sindh Social Protection Board in Karachi today, he said that the provincial government has so far distributed over three hundred thirteen million rupees among one hundred fifty thousand women under the Mother and Child Support Program in 15 districts of the province.

On the occasion, the Social Protection Board approved the Social Security Delivery System Scheme which would be launched with the support of the World Bank.
