AAC condoles demise of several personalities associated with Mirwaiz family

Srinagar, May 28, 2023 (PPI-OT): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed its grief over the demise of many people from Srinagar who were associated with the Mirwaiz family.

Among the deceased include wife of the late Abdul Ghaffar Wani of Naidiyar, Rainawari; wife of Nisar Ahmad Wani of Naidyar, Rainawari; Mufti Parvez Ahmad Raheemi of Ferozpur, Sopore, who was a young teacher of Darul Uloom Naqshbandia, Rainawari; and young Dr Sarim Ahmad Shah, a resident of Hubi Colony, Lal Bazaar, Srinagar.

The AAC, on behalf of the organisation and its Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, in a statement issued in Srinagar extended condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed souls. It expressed solidarity with the Wani families, especially with Rizwan Ahmed Wani, and prayed for forbearance to these aggrieved families to bear the irreparable losses.
