Karachi, September 28, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of ADOS Pakistan Limited (ADOS) will be held art October 09 2012 at 1100 K.M. at 88, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, F-8/2, Islamabad, to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2012 and for recommendation of any entitlement if any.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from September 29, 2012 to October 09, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deaf in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
