Agritech Limited’s revised book closing for preference right shares

Karachi: Please refer to our letter dated August 22, 2011 for the Book Closing of Agritech Limited (AGL) for the entitlement of 40-60% Right Preference Shares. We hereby revised our earlier book closing of September 06, 2011 to September 12, 2011.

Now the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from September 28, 2011 to October 04, 2011 (Both days inclusive) to determine the entitlement of Right Shares.

Transfer received at the Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt) Ltd, H.M. House 7-Bank Square Lahore at the close of business on September 27, 2011 will be treated in time for the purpose of entitlement of Right Preference Shares to the transferees.
