AJK-DWP considers 20 dev projects costing over Rs8.5 b

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Development Working Party has considered about 20 development projects costing over 8.5 billion rupees to be started in various parts of the State.

The projects of Provision of Basic Tourism Amenities including Lakes Development in District Neelum, Muzaffarabad, Jhelum Valley, Mirpur and Bhimber were also deliberated upon for the promotion of healthy tourism in AJ&K.

The significant projects of 22 MW Jagran-IV Hydro Power Project and Construction of 1.6 MW Hajeera Hydro Power for tapping hydro power potential in the state were also discussed.
