Confiz Ltd. and Mantaq Systems reach a definitive merger agreement

Lahore, January 08, 2015 (PPI-OT): Confiz Ltd. and Mantaq Systems today announced that their board of directors have approved a definitive agreement over a strategic merger between the two organizations. This strategic decision is one of a kind in the history of IT industry in Pakistan. The transaction will result in a leading technology and innovative company driven by ground-breaking solutions which is intended to transform the retail business across the globe.
