Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Limited’s dispatch of dividend warrants

Karachi, February 25, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are enclosing herewith copies of our advertisements to be published in daily “Business Recorder” and daily “Jasarat” Karachi, dated February 26, 2013, regarding dispatch of Dividend Warrants. In respect of this notice, shareholders are hereby informed that 40% Cash Dividend Warrants No. 13 have been dispatched by registered mail at their addresses on Company’s record.

Further note that, dividend warrants of those shareholders whose Computerize National Identity Card (CNIC) copy not received yet as per SRO NO. 779 (1)/2011 dated August 18, 2011, issued by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) are withheld by the Company and will be issued to them after receiving of Computerize National Identity Card (CNIC) copy.

Dispatch of Dividend Warrants

Shareholders are hereby informed that Dividend Warrants covering 40% Cash Dividend for the year ended September 30, 2012 have been Dispatch by Registered Mail at their addresses on Company’s record.

Note:

It is hereby informed that dividend warrants of those shareholders whose Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) copy not received yet as per SRO No. 779 (1)/2011 dated August 18, 2011, issued by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) are withheld by the Company and will be issued to them after receiving of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) copy.
