Annual general meeting of the Premier Sugar Mills and Distillery Company Limited

Karachi, The Premiere Sugar Mills and Distillery Company Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the annual general meeting of the company scheduled to be held on January 31, 2015.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of extraordinary general meeting held on March 31, 2014, consideration of the audited financial statement of the company for the year ended September 30, 2014 and appointing and fixing the remuneration of the auditors.

Further, the closed period of the company is from January 21, 2015 to January 31, 2015 both days inclusive.
