Tragic Road Accidents Claim Lives of Three in Kashmir

Srinagar, Three individuals, including an elderly woman, lost their lives in separate road accidents today in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, highlighting ongoing road safety issues in the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the first incident occurred in the Khudwani area of Kulgam district, where two brothers, Shabir Ahmad Dar and Adil Ahmad Dar from Reshipora, were killed when a truck collided with their motorcycle. Officials reported that the bodies were returned to their families after necessary medical and legal procedures, with further investigations pending.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident in Maloora, a suburb of Srinagar, Sundari Begum was struck by a speeding vehicle early in the morning. She was transported by passers-by to a nearby hospital, where she later died from her injuries. The driver involved in the accident fled the scene, and police are currently investigating the matter.
