Ansari Sugar Mills Limited Announces Board Meeting to Consider Quarterly Accounts

Karachi, Ansari Sugar Mills Limited will hold a Board of Directors meeting on May 20, 2024, in Karachi to review the Quarterly Accounts for the period ending December 31, 2021. The meeting is set to discuss potential entitlement declarations.

The company has also declared a Closed Period from May 10, 2024, to May 20, 2024, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d). During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares.

TRE Certificate Holders have been notified as required.
