Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The SECP has extended the deadline to May 29, 2024, following the fiscal year’s end on December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension will provide Apna Microfinance Bank additional time to complete its annual financial reporting.
