Rawalpindi, Attock Petroleum Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, April 25, 2024, in Rawalpindi. The primary agenda for this meeting will be to review the company’s financial statements for the nine months ending March 31, 2024.
In compliance with clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Attock Petroleum has also declared a “Closed Period” from April 17, 2024, to April 25, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares.
