As per clause XXVI of the Code of Corporate Governance we would like to further inform you that the company has determined a close, period from August 29, 2012 to August 04, 2012 prior to the announcement of decisions o the meeting. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive of the company are entitled, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the closed period.
