Balochistan Police Chief Orders Probe into Recruitment Irregularities

Quetta: Balochistan’s Inspector General of Police, Moazzam Jah Ansari, has initiated an investigation into alleged irregularities in recent police recruitments, directing enhanced scrutiny to maintain transparency and meritocracy in the hiring process.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, IG Ansari tasked DIG Internal Accountability Bureau, Sarfraz Ahmed Falki, with leading the inquiry. The Central Police Office has issued a call for all individuals with credible evidence of recruitment misconduct to submit their claims in writing to DIG Falki’s office. The police force has pledged to take disciplinary actions against any officials found culpable based on the investigation’s findings, underscoring a commitment to rectifying procedural violations and ensuring a fair recruitment process under the supervision of the Internal Accountability Bureau.
