Karachi, March 29, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the 115th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Balochistan Wheels Limited (BWHL) will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday the April 08, 2013 at Company’s Head Office, 1st floor, State Life Building # 3, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi to consider the 3rd Quarterly (un-audited) Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2013.

The closed period for the purpose of Regulation No. 37 (XXVI) of the code of Corporate Governance is March 29, 2013 to April 08, 2013 (both days inclusive), no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed period.
