Baluchistan Wheels Limited’s 110th board meeting – 2nd quarter/half yearly (un-audited) accounts, December 31, 2011

Karachi: This is to inform you that the 110th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Baluchistan Wheels Limited (BWHL) will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday the February 17, 2012 at Company’s Head Office, 1st floor, State Life Building # 3, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi to consider the 2nd Quarter/ Half’ yearly (un-audited) Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2011.

The closed period for the purpose of Regulation No. 37 (XXVI) of the code of Corporate Governance is February 10, 2012 to February 17, 2012 (both days inclusive), no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed period.
