Rawalakot, July 20, 2023 (PPI-OT): Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bar Poonch Division submitted a memorandum to the United Nations Military Observers Group urging UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to play his role in granting the Kashmiris their birthright, the right to self-determination. The memorandum was presented by the Secretary General of Bar Poonch Division Sardar Bilal Shakeel Khan Advocate to the United Nations Military Observers Group in Rawalkot.
In the memorandum presented on July 19, “Pakistan Accession Day”, it was said that India has occupied a large part of Jammu and Kashmir against the wishes of the Kashmiris, against which the people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir have been struggling for a long time. In the memorandum, the international organization was urged to fulfill his responsibilities by resolving the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the resolutions passed by the UN Security Council.
