Bata Pakistan Limited’s board of director’s meeting

Karachi, February 04, 2013 (PPI-OT): A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at Batapur on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 11.00 a.m. One of the points on the agenda is to review the Annual Accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2012.

Kindly note that the Company has determined the close period of 15 days effective from 07th to 21st February, 2013 which will continue till such time the Accounts are made public through Karachi/ Lahore Stock Exchange.

Intimation about the close period has already been given to all the Directors of the Company.
