Bestway Cement Limited Announces Uncontested Director Election at Upcoming AGM

Karachi, In accordance with the Companies Act, 2017, Bestway Cement Limited informs its members that nine individuals have officially filed notices expressing their intent to stand for election as Directors at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 1, 2023.

Given that the number of candidates vying for election does not exceed the limit defined under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, these candidates will be considered elected without contest at the impending Annual General Meeting.
