Karachi: Clover Pakistan Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 23, 2016 at Registered Office. The agenda of the meeting is to consider half year ended Accounts for period ended December 31, 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

Further, the company has declared closed period from February 16, 2016 to February 23, 2016.
