Karachi: D.G Khan Cement Company Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 16, 2016 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to consider the Financial Statements for the half year ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the Company has declared the closed period from February 09, 2016 to February 16, 2016.
