Karachi: Gharibwal Cement Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2015 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to discuss and approve first quarter Un-audited Financial Statements of the Company for the period ended on September 30, 2015.

Further, the Company has declared the closed period from October 20, 2015 to October 27, 2015.
