Karachi: Johnson and Phillips Pakistan Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on August 22, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to confirm minutes of the last meeting of the Board of directors, to present and approve un-audited accounts for six months ended December, 2014 (Half Yearly Accounts 2014-15) and any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
