Board of directors meeting of Shakarganj Mills Limited to be held on July 31, 2015

Karachi: Shakarganj Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on July 31, 2015 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve un-audited financial statements of the company for 3rd quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2015.

Further, close period of the company will be from July 24, 2015 to July 31, 2015.
