Board of directors meeting of Imperial Sugar Limited to be held on July 31, 2015

Karachi: Imperial Sugar Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on July 31, 2015 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to consider Quarterly Accounts for period ended June 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

Further, the Company has declared the close period from July 24, 2015 to July 31, 2015.
