Caretaker PM expresses resolve to address issues of GB

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar says the government will take all possible measures to solve the problems of Gilgit-Baltistan and development of the area.

He was talking to Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Gulbar Khan who called on him in Islamabad on Thursday.

The Chief Minister congratulated the Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar on becoming the caretaker Prime Minister and expressed his best wishes.

Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said Gilgit-Baltistan has a vast tourism potential which has not been fully exploited.

He said the government will take all possible measures to eradicate the backwardness of Gilgit-Baltistan.

The Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan invited the Prime Minister to visit Gilgit-Baltistan and address the Legislative Assembly.

The Chief Minister also briefed the Prime Minister about the administrative issues and problems of Gilgit-Baltistan.
