Karachi, Century Insurance Company Limited has announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on May 29, 2023, both in-person and via electronic means/video link facility. The meeting will focus on electing seven directors on the company’s board of directors as fixed by the board for a three-year term starting from May 29, 2023.
The retiring directors, including M/s. Iqbal Ali Lakhani, Amin Mohammed Lakhani, and Anushka Lakhani, among others, are eligible for re-election. Share transfer books of the company will remain closed from May 21, 2023, to May 29, 2023 (inclusive of both days).
