Pakistan Cables Limited announces new Board of Directors and Reappointment of Chairman and CEO

Karachi, Pakistan Cables Limited has announced the election of a new Board of Directors at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 4, 2023. The company has appointed a total of eight directors to the Board, including Mustapha A. Chinoy, Shoaib Javed Hussain, Spenta Kandawalla, Akbar Ali Pesnani, Ali H. Shirazi, Arshad Mohsin Tayebaly, Mazhar Valjee, and Kamal A. Chinoy.

In addition to the new Board of Directors, Pakistan Cables Limited has also reappointed Mustapha A. Chinoy as the Chairman of the Board and Fahd K. Chinoy as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective May 5, 2023.

Mustapha A. Chinoy has served on the Board of Pakistan Cables Limited for several years and brings a wealth of experience to the position of Chairman. Fahd K. Chinoy, who has been the CEO of the Company since 2018, will continue to lead the company’s operations and growth strategies.
