Chief Minister Punjab bans ‘Iftaar’ Parties at Government Expenses

Lahore, April 25, 2020 (PPI-OT): A ban has been imposed by the Chief Minster Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar to hold iftaar parties at government expenses in the province. The ban will be applied on ministers, secretaries and other government authorities. We have to save every single penny and keeping in views the present economic situation we should carefully utilize our resources to prevent corona virus.

He said that we will have to strictly follow discipline in the utilization of government resources. We are the custodian of national resources and the circumstances demand that government should provide maximum resources to deal with coronavirus. The policy of “Stay home and remain safe” should strictly be followed during holy of month of Ramazan for the protection of the citizens.
