Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Jam Kamal Khan has said that the target of revenue generation of the province cannot be achieved without human resource development.
He said this while chairing review meeting of Public Sector Development Programs (PSDP) in Quetta.
He directed participants of the meeting that departments should present development plans for public interest with better preparation for the next financial year.
