Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited’s notice of board meeting

Karachi: We are pleased to inform that 117th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 26 October 2011 at 12:00 noon at 12111 Floor, Sidco Avenue Centre, 264 R.A. Lines, Karachi, to consider and approve the condensed interim Separate and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Information of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30 September 2011.

Further, we wish to inform that closed period as per clause xxvi of Code of Corporate Governance as incorporated in Chapters 11, 13 and 11 of Listing Regulations of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad Stock Exchanges respectively, will start from 20 October 2011 to 26 October 2011, during which no director, CEO or executive of the Company shall directly or indirectly deal in any manner in the shares of the Company.
