Custodian Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi’s notice of murder of child after rape near Shujaabad, accused arrested

Lahore, June 08, 2023 (PPI-OT): Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi took notice of the murder of a child after rape in Raja Ram area of Shujaabad and sought a report from the Additional Inspector General of Police South Punjab – the local police arrested the accused Shahbaz. He has confessed to the crime – Supervising Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the accused will not escape from severe punishment under the law. Further action should be taken against the arrested accused according to the law.

He said that the relatives of the slain child should Delivery of justice will be ensured and all requirements of justice will be fulfilled. Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolence to the heirs on the sad incident and assured that justice will be delivered.
