Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited’s dispatch of final cash dividend

Karachi, April 26, 2013 (PPI-OT): We wish to inform you that dividend warrants in respect of final cash dividend @ Rs.1.00 per share (10%) for the year ended 31st December 2012, approved by the shareholders in the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29th March 2013 have been dispatched to all entitled shareholders by registered post.

We are pleased to enclose herewith a copy of the Notice for dispatch of dividend warrants, which will be published in English and Urdu language, in the daily Newspaper (Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqat) having circulation in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad on Saturday, 27th April 2013.

We are please to inform our valued shareholders that dividend warrants in respect of final cash dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share (@ 10%) for the year ended 31st December 2012, approved by the shareholders in the 45th Annual General Meeting held on 29th March 2013 have been dispatched to all the entitled shareholders by registered post on 26th April 2013.

Shareholders are requested to contact the undersigned at the Company’s registered office in case they do not receive the dividend warrants in due course.
