Dawood Lawrencepur Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, October 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 1530 hours, at Dawood Centre, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi to consider the Unaudited Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2012.

The Company has declared a “Closed Period” from October 18, 2012 to October 25, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
